Anna Hillyer has been cooking and baking since she was 6 years old. Anna attended Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School and created beautiful cupcakes for her brother Robby’s graduation party. People were so impressed with the taste and appearance of her cupcakes, that Anna started receiving requests to bake for other parties. She was 16 years at the time, and started her own business, “Cupcakes by Anna.”
Today she does fundraisers, weddings, showers and other events. She attended The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Culinary School. She is a pastry chef that specializes in beautiful wedding cakes, gourmet cakes, cheesecakes, and all other desserts & baked goods. She opened What’s Cooking Café in 2015. She serves lunch, does catering, and offers in-house events, such as showers and graduation parties.
Her Café is located in the former Goshen Dairy building located at 139 2nd Street NW, New Philadelphia OH 44663. She is married to Brett Hillyer, our State Representative, they have two beautiful children, Hudson and Carmella.
